uDig 1.0 Updates Available
uDig 1.0 is available for download:
- Windows Installer: udig1.0.exe
- Linux: udig1.0-linux-x86.zip
A special thanks to the udig community for helping with translations, bug reports and code donations!
Notable improvements are:

- Shapefile rendering 10 times faster
- Update Manager added allowing patches and optional features to be installed from within uDig
